Google etc.

Recently we spent four days in California. Marc was attending a CSTA computer workshop at Google. We had a great time while we were there, and we were fortunate to have a guided tour of the Google facility... it was quite incredible.

On one of the days we were there, we met with our friend Bob Howard from the Tri-Cities and he took us to San Francisco. He grew up in the area, so it was nice to be able to sit back and let him take us to some of his "old stomping grounds." We had a great time... the weather could not have been more perfect. Later that same day we went to Santa Cruz to spend the evening on the board walk at the beach.... I think we ate to much funnel cake, but it sure was good!

One of the buildings on the Google campus had some different sort of statues that were quite unique. We were not sure what they were all about, but we thought thought our granddaughters would like seeing them.
Google has many bicycle racks full of bikes that their employees can hop on and ride when they need to get somewhere in a hurry.
